Official Membership:

Corporate VIP Membership

Open for application by companies, incorporated in Hong Kong, Greater China or international; and in the field of medical, healthcare, aesthetic, beauty and fitness, pediatric care as well as insurance agency companies. All corporations with this membership can enjoy all events and seminars with members’ price for 4 participants in each function.

Nomination of company representatives for the post of Honorary Advisor of the association.

Membership fee: $10000 annually

Local Corporate Membership

Open for application by companies, incorporated in Hong Kong and in the field of medical, healthcare, aesthetic, beauty and fitness, pediatric care as well as insurance agency companies. All corporations with this membership can enjoy all events and seminars with members’ price for 2 participants in each function.

Membership fee: $5000 annually

Non-Local Corporate Membership includes two categories of Memberships:

(A) Greater China Membership

Open for application by companies whose business is in the field of medical, healthcare, aesthetic, beauty and fitness, pediatric care as well as insurance agency companies, which headquarters are located in the PRC, the Macau SAR or Taiwan. All the above-mentioned corporations with this membership can enjoy all events and seminars with the member’s price for 2 participants in each function.

Membership fee: $5000 annually

(B) International Membership

Open for application by companies whose business is in the field of medical, healthcare, aesthetic, beauty and fitness, pediatric care as well as insurance agency companies, and incorporated outside Hong Kong, but not including companies incorporated and/ or registered in PRC, Macau and Taiwan. All the above-mentioned corporations with this membership can enjoy all events and seminars with members’ price for 2 participants for each function.

Membership fee: $5000 annually

臨時會員:

Open for all. For exploring the function and benefits of the association. All temporary members are entitled to enjoy the welcoming benefit of free medical card and can be fully rebated for transferring to other categories of membership. All temporary membership is valid for 30 days only upon the date of payment.

Membership fee: $500 for 30 days

Individual Membership

Open for application by persons who are interested in the field of medical, healthcare, aesthetic, beauty and fitness, pediatric care as well as insurance agency companies.

Membership fee: $2500 annually

Member discounts

Membership Terms & Conditions:

  1. All members must comply to the rules and aim of the association.
  2. All members application must be subject to the approval of the association.
  3. All members are subject to join the association ‘s event, functions and training.
  4. All members are liable to pay the membership fee annually for the sustainability of the association.
  5. All membership is not transferable and membership fee is not refundable.
  6. All members are encouraged to express their opinions while maintaining a respectful demeanor towards fellow members
  7. Without the permission and authorization of the Association, members shall not use the name of the Association to hold any activities.
  8. Members should identify with the aims and missions of the Association and actively participate in and support the activities of the Association.
  9. If any member is found to be guilty of conduct or remarks which are detrimental to the reputation of the Association, contrary to the interests of the Association or in breach of any of the Membership Rules, the Association may expel the member from the membership and the decision of the Association shall be final and binding. The Association would serve the Dismissal Notice of Membership by mail or email. The expelled Member could petition against the dismissal in 30 days’ time. The expelled member shall cease to enjoy any rights, benefits or privileges conferred by the Membership
  10. The Association shall revise the Rules and Regulations at its absolute discretion and notify Members of such changes as the Association deems appropriate.
  11. Member who wishes to withdraw from the Membership must notify the Association in writing or by email not less than 30 days in advance.
  12. The decision of HK WGS Association regarding any matter related to the interpretation, application, or enforcement of these terms and conditions to the membership rules shall be final and binding. This includes, but is not limited to, decisions on disputes, claims, and any other issues arising under these terms.
